Test Knitting

Well, for the first time, I am test knitting a sock pattern. I cast on Wednesday night onto 2 circs and did 7 rounds of 2x2 ribbing, only to find that I started and ended both needles with k2! The k4 on the sides looked ok, but was not what the designer had in mind, so I ripped it out last night and re-cast on and have successfully completed 18 rounds of ribbing!!!! YEAH!!! 8 more rounds and then I can get to the pattern part of the cuff. I'm using Labe Bebe Color for this sock. First time I've knit with it, and although the end didn't seem to want to hold it's twist, the farther into the ball I get, the better the twist is. Anyway, I'm hoping to finish mom's tank this weekend as well as progressing on this test sock.
